A friend of mine has four chickens living in their back yard and I was wondering if those eggs would be considered vegan I have seen where they live and have picked the animals up and they are not harmed in anyways.
What are they going to do when the chickens stop laying eggs? They will probably kill them. They only have value to the "÷wners" when the hens lay eggs. Eggs are not for humans to eat. They are there to be the home of unborn chicks until they hatch. Did you know that almost all male chicks are killed right after they are hatched. Why else would there be so many hens and generally only one male?
